Polaris Photonics Debuts at the 2024 Taiwan International Laser Exhibition

Leading Innovation in Optical Communication Technologies

Polaris Photonics made a significant debut at the 2024 Taiwan International Laser Exhibition, held from August 21 to August 24, 2024, at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, Hall 2, 1F. As Taiwan’s premier laser technology event, it encompasses a broad spectrum from foundational research to industrial applications. Polaris Photonics distinguished itself as the sole domestic company capable of designing and producing high-frequency Lithium Niobate (LiNbO3) chips and optical modulators. The exhibition successfully attracted global partners and industry leaders to engage in technical exchanges and discussions at Polaris Photonics’ booth.

During the event, Polaris Photonics showcased a range of advanced products, including:

  • AMP
  • Optical Modulator
  • MIOC
  • ASE light source
  • Photo Detector
  • Transmitter
  • EDFA/EYDFA amplifier
  • Optilab products

About Polaris Photonics

Polaris Photonics specializes in the design and manufacture of optical communication modules and products. As the only Taiwanese company with the capability to design and produce high-frequency Lithium Niobate chips and optical modulators, we are headquartered in Yangmei, Taiwan, and operate two specialized factories for semiconductor chip and module system design and production. Our products are distributed across Asia, Europe, and the United States. We recently received notable recognition at the IEEE Inertial Exhibition in Hiroshima, Japan. Additionally, we are planning a third factory in collaboration with Optilab to develop space satellite communication modules and systems, addressing Taiwan’s space industry needs and targeting the international market.
